We had another great turn out when Kaz ran a distressed demo day showing you how to get the best out of all things distressed, inky, Ranger and of course Timmy!  Please pop over to her blog at  http://Thelittleshabbyshed.blogspot.com to see what she's been up to. Kaz is now on the DT for Art from The Heart in Harrogate run by the very talented Dyan Reaveley and on Sunday 11th September  taught a workshop there. As Dyan is the Senior (and I don't mean old!) Educator for Ranger in Europe I'm sure you can imagine what an achievement it is for Kaz to have been involved in their 10th Birthday celebrations. Lets hope it leads to more exciting news in the future!

Kathleen's demo on how to use Promarkers was a roaring success with us being unable to move in the shop! If you've ever wanted to know how to get the most out of these fantastic pens then this is the lady to tell you!  People were amazed at the effects she was able to create and I've had so many say how much they feel their colouring has improved since watching her and picking up some tips. Letraset have also now created a new fine tip that fits over the existing tip to add extra flexibilty to these pens.

We may in the future run a small workshop on how to use Promarkers.  Should you be interested in attending this then drop me an email with your name and contact number and which days/times would suit you best and we'll see what we can arrange.

Well Sunday 20th February was a trip to the Stitches Trade show and what a day that turned out to be! So many inspirational ideas to look at and far too many goodies to be tempted by! We had the pleasure of watching Tim Holtz demo some of the Ranger products including the new Distress Stains (so of course we had to have some of those), new Tim Holtz paper packs will be on their was along with items from his Alterations range including "Configuration" boxes.

The Sizzix stand was another BIG temptation! Tim is bringing out a new range of dies and embossing folders that will be released over the next few months so again these found their way onto the order list. (some have now arrived and are in stcok)

Molly Bloom were also there so we took the decision to stock this lovely range of cute stamps. The samples that were made up were beautiful. These are now in stock and not only include figure stamps but some that can be used to build a scene. I really love the VW camper van and tractor!

Another big decisions was to stock Paperartsy products.  No other retailer in the area stocks this range of stamps and dies so if you're a "Tim" fan these are bound to appeal to you too.

Tim Holtz Tattered Florals Sizzix dies are now in stock! These are bound to go quick as there seems to have been a shortage of these in recent months.
